The Treehouse is a place which offers mothers a place to come to for spiritual and physical renewal. From basic necessities like formula and clothing, to personal help like educational classes and a loving staff, we strive to provide the best services possible.

When you give to The Treehouse, you may be eligible to receive a 70% tax credit on a gift of $250 or more. This tax credit is the result of the Kansas Pregnancy Resource Act. Learn More Here

To apply, complete the K-96 Pregnancy Resource Act Tax Credit Application Form

Return the form to The Treehouse at 151 N. Volutsia, Wichita, KS 67214, or email it to jessica@wichitatreehouse.org.

The Treehouse will submit your K-96 application, along with verification of your gift receipt, for approval.

If approved, The Treehouse will provide you with the tax credit certificate (approval typically takes about 30 days). Any unused credits after filing your 2025 tax return may be carried forward for up to five years.
